Lost in translation - Twice

Have you ever seen Lost in Translation? Do you remember:

1) The scene at the club with the soft air gun shooting?

Last Friday, Me, Martin (My colleague from TP, also a Swede) and 2 friends of his went to club Air in Daikanyama. The same club as where the LIT shooting takes place. Later taking a taxi back home - 10 minutes cost me 25US$. Well, I'm no longer in Shanghai. Have to get rid of the habit to take the cab twice a day.

2) The Karaoke scene?

Yesterday, together with Martin (From Linköping/Shanghai) Emiko, Arata, Keiko, Haruka and Mariko we went for some food in Shibuya. Afterwards we decided to go to a karaoke bar. Entering the karaoke room we were 99% sure that it was the same karaoke place as in LIT. The same rounded off windows, the same view out. Coming home we confirm this by checking the photos and the movie recorded with the LIT scene. Same, signs outside, same building. Although we were on 7th floor, room 701. Bill and Scarlett (and the Japs) where one floor down, room 601.

Now it's only HYATT Park bar, swimming pool, gym, some apartments, a shabu shabu restaurant and a pachinko place left and we've been through LIT. =)

Emiko flew to Kobe today. Me and Martin are going to Kyoto by Shinkansen tomorrow and to Kobe in the evening. Back in Tokyo on Thursday.
